Secure Portable Buildings’ Rent-To-Own (RTO) Program is an accessible and affordable payment option with no required credit check!

After your search for the perfect storage solution is complete, you’ll have the option to either buy or rent-to-own your new shed. If you choose to rent, we will enter into a rental agreement with you and determine your low monthly payments based on the price of the building and your selected payment term (36-, 48-, or 60-month terms). From there, all you have to do is pay the first payment and security deposit, then your shed will be delivered!

Your rental agreement will be renewed each month when you make your monthly payment. Once you’ve made all the monthly payments for the entire rental term or paid your agreement off early, the shed will officially be in your ownership.

There is no penalty for paying your rental agreement off early – instead, we actually give you a significant discount for early payoff (yes, you read that right!).

Please note, as with any long-term agreement, you will pay more than the original cash price. The benefit? You get a beautiful shed in your backyard without having to break the bank and with the freedom to terminate your agreement at any time!

For an affordable price, you can protect your shed and gain peace of mind with our Liability Damage Waiver (LDW) Program. If your building is affected by an act of God, our LDW Program protects you from any liability during the length of your rental agreement. This includes structural damage from natural disasters, including lightning, high wind, hail, tornadoes, or fire. It does not include coverage for damage to items inside the building, nor does it waive responsibility from customer misuse.
